Do I need an account?

No. attensio works with no sign-up and no account. Your data stays on your iPhone.

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and in Apple Health when you grant permission. There is no attensio server and no cloud database for your health data.

What does Pro cost?

Pro is a one-time $14.99 (USD) in-app purchase — no subscription. The free version covers daily logging, trends, reminders, up to two medications, and a doctor-ready report.

What do I get with Pro?

Encrypted iCloud backup, extended chart ranges (30 days, 90 days, 1 year), chart layers and statistics, the full analytic doctor report, CSV export, Apple Health write-back, unlimited medications and reminders, and discreet notifications.

How does backup and restore work?

Pro users can turn on an encrypted backup of the data Apple Health does not hold — the mood, tags, and notes on a reading, your medications, and your preferences. It is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM and written to your own iCloud Documents. The key lives in your iCloud Keychain; attensio cannot decrypt it. To restore, reinstall attensio and sign in to the same iCloud account.

Does it sync with Apple Health?

Yes. attensio reads blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, sleep, and activity from Apple Health with your permission. Apple Health is treated as the authoritative source. Writing readings back to Apple Health is an optional, off-by-default setting for Pro users.

Is attensio medical advice?

No. attensio is a personal wellness journal, not a medical device, and never offers medical advice. It helps you keep a record worth bringing to your doctor.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later. English only at launch.
