Mood & sleep
A five-step mood scale and a sleep note ride along with each entry — two taps, no journaling homework.
For iPhone · your data stays yours
attensio is a personal wellness journal for the readings your doctor asked you to keep. Log in seconds, with your life around the numbers — then walk into your next appointment with a record, not a recollection.
01 · The daily ritual
The whole product bends toward one moment: the daily log. Three drums — systolic, diastolic, pulse — a gentle save, a quiet pulse of color. Done before the cuff is back in its drawer.
The numbers are the only mandatory step. Everything else — mood, sleep, tags, notes — waits behind a gentle “Add details,” so the fast path stays fast.
Reminders are soft and randomized. There are no streaks, no scores, no broken-chain shame. attensio tracks the data, not you.
Readings from your cuff arrive through Apple Health automatically. Your manual entries can flow back (Pro). One journal, no double entry.
02 · Your context
A reading on its own is a data point. A reading next to a rough night, a skipped walk, or a new dosage is a story you can actually discuss with your doctor.
A five-step mood scale and a sleep note ride along with each entry — two taps, no journaling homework.
Each medication is a thread through time. Dosage changes become markers on your chart, so “since the new dose” is something you can see.
Quick tags for the everyday things — coffee, stress, travel — and a free note when a day needs more words. Yours to search later.
03 · Trends
If your doctor gave you a personal target range, that range — not a population average — governs every color you see. attensio is calibrated to your body, whether you run high or low.
A hypotensive reader and a hypertensive reader see the same number differently — and so does attensio. Your range sets the signal.
Overlay medications, mood, and tags on the trend line (Pro) and see which days line up. Observations to bring up — never advice.
Averages, ranges, and tag correlations framed as “worth discussing with your doctor,” because that’s exactly what they are.
04 · For your doctor
One tap turns months of quiet logging into a clinical, printable report. It is deliberately the only thing in attensio that doesn’t look like attensio — paper-white and set in clinical type, so it feels at home in your doctor’s hands.

Personal target range 110–130 / 70–85 (set by patient) · Generated by attensio
Free includes a clean 7- or 14-day summary — every user can always walk in with a record. Pro adds the full analytic report: any date range, statistics, medication timeline, tag correlations, and CSV export for charts that live in spreadsheets.
05 · Yours alone
“Personal wellness journal” isn’t a metaphor — it’s the architecture. Your health data lives on your iPhone, full stop.
There is nothing to sign up for and nowhere for your readings to go. attensio has no backend that ever sees a number.
Pro backup encrypts your journal on-device (AES-256) into your own iCloud, with the key in your iCloud Keychain. attensio cannot decrypt it. Neither can anyone else.
Reminders never contain a reading, a dose, or a medication name on the lock screen. Even crash reports are scrubbed of anything BP-shaped before they leave the device.
